I’m Olivia A. Bridges—a passionate educator, instructional designer, and aspiring assistant principal with a proven track record in instructional leadership, curriculum development, equity-driven practices, and professional development.

 

With over a decade of experience as a classroom teacher, MTSS chair, instructional designer, and curriculum developer, I’ve supported both student success and teacher growth across multiple levels. Whether leading data-informed intervention teams, mentoring future educators through Youth of Promise, or designing learning solutions that close achievement gaps, I am committed to transformational leadership in education.

 

As a Ph.D. candidate in General Psychology with an emphasis on Learning and Integrated Technology, I am actively exploring opportunities to transition into school leadership. With a strong foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and student-centered practices, I’m prepared to support schools in driving academic achievement and fostering inclusive learning environments.
