My journey began serving youth in the juvenile justice system, where I witnessed first-hand the power of education and the urgent need for inclusive, evidence-based learning experiences. That experience sparked my lifelong commitment to designing opportunities where all learners can thrive.

Over the past decade, I’ve led initiatives across classrooms, nonprofits, and leadership roles—developing research-driven interventions, equity-focused instructional programs, and innovative learning solutions. As Founder and CEO of Youth of PROMISE, I’ve built partnerships with schools and community organizations to deliver targeted literacy and mentoring initiatives, improve student outcomes, and close achievement gaps.

Today, as a Ph.D. candidate in General Psychology with an emphasis on Integrated Learning and Technology and a certified Educational Leadership professional, I combine content development, data analysis, and instructional design to drive systemic change. My work focuses on designing culturally responsive curricula, creating data-informed resources, and equipping educators and communities with tools to improve equity and readiness.

As an experienced Instructional Coach, Learning Experience Designer, and Content Developer, I’m committed to helping schools, organizations, and communities use data and innovation to transform learning experiences. Whether developing a district-wide training, analyzing multi-school data sets, or creating equity-centered content, I bring a collaborative, results-driven approach that bridges research and practice to create meaningful impact.
